Green Tree has been working with Campbell’s Labels for Education Program by collecting labels. This program benefits numerous nonprofit organizations that have an educational focus. We qualify for the program because of our Sunday School program.
A form is posted on the bulletin board with a list of eligible products from which we will gather the labels. Some products will have the Labels for Education logo on it, such as General Mills Cereal, Betty Crocker Potatoes, Gold Medal Flour, and others. Here is a copy of the logo that you need to be looking for:
There are numerous other products that are eligible for the program but do not carry the Labels for Education Logo. A listing of such products is posted on the bulletin board in the lobby.
A Campbell’s Label for Education drum is located in the church lobby for you to place your collected items. Please contact Helen Joan Turner at 610-331-6662 with any questions.
Thank you for your participation!
Box Tops Collection
The Witness Commission is collecting “Box Tops For Education”. The Box Tops that are collected will be given to Blue Mountain Elementary School in Hamburg, PA. Blue Mountain is a small, private, Christian school supported by Lillian Detwiler’s church. It was destroyed in a storm on July 9, 2015. The Box Tops that are collected will help the school replace books and equipment. A box has been placed in the lobby, under the bulletin board to collect the Box Tops.
